We want you to love your LNNIW product. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
30-day returns
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, provided it is:
- in new or like-new condition and free from damage caused by misuse,
- complete with all accessories, manuals and original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email contact@lnniw.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using a tracked service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
Return shipping costs
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion and subject to stock.
Limited warranty
LNNIW products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or damage from not following the user manual. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description (and photos or video) of the issue.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
Non-returnable items
Items damaged through misuse, items returned after 30 days, and items without the original accessories may not be eligible for a refund.
Customs and import charges
Duties, taxes and customs fees paid to your local authorities for international orders are not refundable by us.
