Our story

Made for the moment the food comes out of the oven

Dinner is rarely served all at once. LNNIW was created for the gap between finished cooking and the first bite: a heated surface that holds your dishes at the table so food is hot when it's eaten, not when it was cooked.

  • No more microwaving plates for latecomers
  • Flameless, electric warming, with no fuel cans or water pans
  • Use your own favourite serving dishes

Product benefits

Control the heat. Set the timer. Enjoy the party.

Six heat levels let you match the warmth to the dish, from gentle holding for bread to higher settings for dense casseroles. Choose a 1–6 hour timer and the mat switches itself off, and the child lock keeps your settings safe.

  • Six levels: 122 / 140 / 158 / 176 / 194 / 212°F
  • Six preset timers with automatic shut-off

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is LNNIW?

LNNIW is a brand of electric food warming mats and warming trays designed to keep meals hot for family dinners, parties and buffets. lnniw.com is our official online store.

What is a food warming mat and how does it work?

A food warming mat is a flat, flexible electric heating surface. You place your serving dishes on it, choose a temperature and a timer, and the gentle heat keeps the food warm at the table. It has no open flame and rolls up for storage.

What temperature settings do LNNIW mats have?

Six adjustable levels: 122°F, 140°F, 158°F, 176°F, 194°F and 212°F (50–100°C), plus six preset timers from 1 to 6 hours with automatic shut-off.

What temperature keeps food at a safe serving temperature?

Food safety guidance from the USDA recommends holding cooked, hot food at 140°F (60°C) or above. Choose 140°F or higher for perishable dishes and check the food with a thermometer. Read our hot-holding guide.

Which dishes can I use on the mat?

Heat-safe glass, ceramic, stainless steel and enamelware dishes, as well as frying pans. Flat-bottomed dishes give the best contact and even heating.

Does the mat have a child lock?

Yes. After setting your temperature and timer, you can activate the child lock so settings can't be changed accidentally. On the grey and blue mats, long-press the power button.
